Presentation of your seminar assignments is in December and January.
BEFORE EACH CLASS IN DECEMBER AND JANUARY:
1. Please read/watch a research report from Science Daily (or similar, e.g. Science News) about a topic you find interesting.
2. Be ready to present the main points and your opinion on them at the next lesson.
3. Make note of the new or interesting words and phrases used in the report.
EXAM
If you have to take the oral exam (i.e. if you missed more than 5 class sessions), please send 5 abstracts for 5 topics (research articles) prior to the written exam via email. Each abstract should be approximately 250 words.
The oral exam will take place on the day of the written exam and we will discuss these 5 topics along with the topics discussed in class.
