v spodnjem delu sporočila prepošiljam poziv za prostovoljce pri monitoringu gnezdišč morskih želv na Cipru. Zainteresirani se lahko obrnete name za kakšno dodatno informacijo ali za pomoč pri kontaktu prof. Türkozana, s katerim smo že sodelovali v preteklosti. Takšen delovni obisk lahko študenti uporabite za opravljanje prakse na mag. študiju, preverimo pa lahko tudi, kakšne možnosti (so)financiranja obiska v tujini obstajajo (Erasmus, AdFutura). Ker administracija in urejanje vseh potrebnih papirjev vzame kar nekaj časa (~2 meseca), zainteresirane pozivam, da se javijo čimprej.

Dear friends and colleagues,
We started a new project in Northern Cyprus two years ago with a focus on Karpaz beaches, an important green turtle breeding area in the Mediterranean, with the Cyprus Wildlife Research Institute. As the coordinator of this project, I am happy to share with you that we have a brand new research station in the region with air-conditioned bungalows with showers and WCs inside, shared by two volunteers.
