Hey everyone,
You've all worked incredibly hard this semester bringing your 3D worlds to life, and now it’s time to celebrate! To wrap up our course in style, we are hosting a grand finale event where we can all hang out, play each other's projects, and show off what you've built.
The Details
- What: "Play My Game! 3D Game Jam"
- When: Friday, June 19th at 16:00
- Who: All of you! Plus, you are more than welcome to bring your friends along to play and hang out. We'll also have some industry guests dropping by to check out your work!
- Food: We'll be providing plenty of snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to keep the gaming energy up.
🎮 The Competition & Voting
To make things even more fun, we are running a casual, "Player's Choice" competition. Every single attendee—students, friends, and industry guests—gets a vote. As you play through the showcase, you'll be voting for the top projects in the following categories:
- Best Multiplayer Experience
- Best Single-Player Experience
- Best Puzzle Design
- Best Action & Combat
- Most Innovative Idea
- Best Overall (a.k.a. Crowd Favorite)
🏆 The Prize
The winning projects will earn an exclusive, permanent tag next to their game on the official course portfolio website (e.g., ✨ Most Innovative Idea). It's an awesome way to make your project stand out and looks fantastic for your future portfolio!
Get your final builds polished, invite your friends, and get ready for a great afternoon. I can't wait to see you all there and play some awesome games!
Best,
Milan, Jernej & ChatGPT
